Northwest Magic

PROGRAM HISTORY Northwest Magic was founded in 2009 by Coach Vanessa Selden-McClendon, a former University of Oregon standout athlete. With the support and backing of her husband (Gerald McClendon), and a great coaching mentor (Kevin Strozier), Northwest Magic has developed into one of the most recognizable organizations in the Pacific Northwest.

NW Magic is a premier youth basketball program focused on developing college ready players. This involves skills development, fostering sportsmanship, and encouraging academic success.
