Dayton Lady Hoopstars
PROGRAM HISTORY The Dayton Lady Hoopstars organization began in 1986 and quickly grew into one of the top girl's spring/summer basketball organizations in the country. In it's history, the organization has won 11 AAU National Championships and finished AAU National Runner-Up 12 times. Today, the organization continues to be an extremely well respected program in the state and nation. Every year, numerous players go on to realize their next-level dreams of playing college basketball. Many alumni have gone on to play professionally (WNBA and overseas) as well as having highly successful coaching careers at the high school and collegiate levels.
The goals of the program are to help develop young female athletes into successful young women, both on and off the court. DLH does this through bringing together talented players, developing skills of all players and competing at an ultra-competitive level while providing a family environment for all players, parents, families and coaches.
